Wow. First of March already. How time has flown!

School went well this morning. While we were doing family worship right after breakfast, we heard gunshots! Later, there was a knock on the door – our landlord's son had shot some Paradise ducks, and was wondering if we wanted any? Did we? YUM! We butchered them later. That'll be one meal for our family!

What I did for school today:
  1. Did maths, failed miserably on algebra. It is fun, though, so I'm looking forward to being able to do more tomorrow.
  2. Did sentence diagramming, and passed.
  3. Wrote Metals, Gems, and Minerals in the Tabernacle
  4. Figured out where the Major Mining Areas in New Zealand are
  5. Read Bible, the BEST book in the world!
  6. Read Dear Princess, I HIGHLY recommend this book!
  7. Read Antiquities of the Jews
  8. Read Gladys Aylward, one more day on that!
  9. Read Elsie Dinsmore, crying my way through the one chapter I read. Her story is so...so inspiring, so...I don't know, you'll just have to read it. IT'S JUST GREAT!
  10. Wrote The Age of the Earth
  11. Read a little in Dinosaurs by Design, very interesting!
  12. Memorized Proverbs 31:22
Alright, do you think that was enough school for the day? I don't know, I guess it was okay. I would have liked to get more done. Tomorrow, my friend's coming to visit, so I'll be busy, busy, busy tomorrow morning! Which means...I need to get to bed. G'night!
