The Transit of Venus

Yesterday was the Venus Transit of 2012! And...we missed it. It snowed off and on all day. We got about 6 inches, too! (which is REALLY, REALLY unusual for New Zealand! [photos of that later]) I probably won't have another chance to see it, either. Bummer. Anyway...

Here's a video that I thought was really neat about the Venus Transit:

  1. Hi Esther,

    We got 55 cm,(about 22 inches)Here in Oxford!

It's really hard to walk, and the road in front of us, is 4WD only.

it is really funny to see only half of the fences, trees and goat huts! :-)

  6. It kind-of repeats it self in the second half, but the first half is interesting! I'm glad they caught it on film so that I could at lest "see" it that way!
