This has been sitting in drafts for about a year. :-/ I decided (with Mum's prompting) that it's about time this gets posted, even if I don't have the typed-out recipe to go along with it.

The Cheese looks tasty! And the video has an interesting background sound (baby squeals) but I guess that isn't as bad as people running into the room. :)
It IS tasty. And sometimes (when it's aged enough and has been in the fridge for a week or two) it even gets melt-able! (Although it doesn't melt as nicely as store-bought cheeses most of the time.)

Of course! I'm super woman! ;) Haha. It shortened the video a few seconds, and you could still see what had happened.
