Further evidence that the Zuiyo-maru carcass was a basking shark, not a plesiosaur.

I really enjoyed reading this post because 1) I'm really interested in things like this, and 2) I'm pretty sure this "Bev Eliott" who is mentioned in the article is the same woman who goes to our church! She's the type to keep to herself, and I don't think I've ever heard her last name before. She's a wonderful lady to know!

Cherith Zujic & Ben Dammasch's Courtship/Love Story

Every single time I came up with something I was quite sure we’d disagree on…. I found that we already believed the same on the topic.

I tell ya, that one's well worth it! It's cute and funny--Michael Pearl teaching his grandson how to eat popcorn.

This is a great review of a wonderful (although sad) story. The story is about a 20-something-year-old woman in Papua New Guinea during the second world war, and all that she suffered under the hand of the Japanese. She learned lots of good lessons, even though she lost absolutely everything except friends, family, and her faith. Even her husband died.

You can download this wonderful and encouraging story for free now! Just use the following links (there are five parts to the story).

This is Shalom's Love Story--straight from her own lips. It's a beautiful story of how God works to bring the right person to us at the right time.
You can also read her story here:

Daisy is a little girl who's had three bouts of cancer, and she's only eight months old. You'll be inspired by her faith, even though the odds all seem against her.

Well, that's all for now! Have a blessed week-end!
Love,

  1. I've been listening to Darlene's testimony, and it's encouraging, yet sad.

  2. Agreed! :) Is the rest of your family listening to it, too?
